Most full-set lash appointments take approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on the style, fullness, and customization of your set. Please plan accordingly and allow enough time for your appointment so we can focus on creating your desired look.

Lash extensions naturally shed with your natural lash cycle. Proper cleansing and aftercare can help maintain your retention. Most clients return for fills every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on their natural lash growth and retention.

Foreign fills are not accepted. If you currently have extensions from another lash artist, a removal and new full set will need to be booked.

Fills are recommended when you still have enough of your existing lash extensions remaining to maintain the set. If it has been more than 3 weeks since your last appointment or you have 50% or less of your extensions remaining, a full set will be required.

Please arrive with your lashes clean and free of mascara, eyeliner, and heavy eye makeup. Avoid applying oily products around the eye area before your appointment and arrive on time so you can receive the full service.

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled according to the booking policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Please communicate if you’re running behind. A late fee may apply. Arriving significantly late may require your service to be shortened or cancelled.

Keep your lashes clean by gently washing them with an appropriate lash-safe cleanser, brush them daily with a clean spoolie, and avoid excessive rubbing or pulling. Proper aftercare helps support healthy natural lashes and better retention.

When you arrive at the location, please follow the arrival instructions provided with your appointment confirmation and text Elegant Flutterz when you arrive.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
